Building my home with Emerald has been a stress free, effortless process from start to finish. From Cheryl the lovely sales lady, to the wonderful office staff and owners Matt and Lia, I’ve felt at ease throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Emerald Developments to anyone wishing to build a lovely, modern home, fantastic local company!

Emerald Developments have been such a joy to work with. From the moment we stepped into their display home, we’ve been very impressed with their exceptional customer focus and high quality of work. Our build has progressed so quickly and smoothly. The team have kept us up to date with their weekly construction updates and photos, which makes it feel so exciting as first home owners to see it really coming together! Emerald really practices what they preach and we would recommend them to anyone over a bigger builder. Building our first home through Emerald currently. Process thus far has been fantastic, all the ladies in the office I’ve dealt with have been nothing but helpful. We have Matt as our supervisor and he’s been fantastic, has a good eye for quality. The build itself is progressing quickly and as a Tradie I’m impressed with the fit and finish. The frame is straight and square, and studs are planed/ packed so all the Gyprock looks fantastic including the ceiling. Certainly leagues above the volume builders in quality.

Myself and my partner have had an awesome experience building our first home through emerald. From start to finish the communication and attention to detail have been flawless. From getting updates weekly through emails with photos attached and phone calls to make life easier have been awesome. To the team at emerald that have been there every step to help us understand everything, being our first home myself and my partner being absolutely clueless and them helping us understand everything has made it an easy process for us. 12 months ago construction started on our new home and 6 months later we had handover of our new home. From the start, the sales team were gracious in answering our never ending questions and visits to the beautiful display home while we made our decision on the best design for our family. Once the build started, we loved the weekly construction updates that included progress photos and what was on the agenda for the upcoming weeks. Open communication with the team meant the whole experience ran smoothly and we were never unsure of how the build was coming along. We thank Matt, Lia and the whole team at Emerald, who were committed to making the build process as seamless as possible and delivered a gorgeous home for our family. This is the first time I’ve built a new home and I could not be happier. From the very start of the process talking to the sales team to start the building journey it has been such a pleasure. The team are friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole building process wonderful. From great communication with any unforeseen changes, to weekly general updates with pictures to keep us in the loop of how the build was progressing. Their attention to detail has been great with them fixing any minor imperfections spotted in the final walkthrough quickly, handing over an amazing new family home. I can not recommend emerald developments enough and if the day comes that I am in ever building another home I will be choosing them again.

During our first meeting with Emerald Developments at their display home, everything was so smooth and easy. What we liked most during this process was that Cheryl navigated with us the suitable choices to meet our wishlist but still within our budget range. Another key factor was that with Emerald Developments, we were allowed to modify the layout plan according to how we would like it to be and if our ideas have constraints, they will give us the ideal solution. During the pre-construction stage, Jade continuously update us on each & every status of our document applications & approvals and ensure that everything is on track. There are bits of marginal concerns along the way but what we like most is the open communication and the readiness of Matt & Lia to listen to our concerns & point of view and offer the best option to resolve the issues. When we reached the construction stage, (ours started ahead of schedule!) the consistent weekly construction update gave us the insights on which stage are we heading on. Having a distant location from the site, what we can only do is to drive pass the location during weekends and the Construction Team lead by Matt and later Craig never fails to impressed us by how fast the construction is and the quality of work is undeniably impressive. With the weekly acceleration on the progress of the construction, in our hearts, we feel that Emerald Developments can deliver our finished home just in time before our rental lapse and they did it! During the handover, we are over the moon to see how outstanding the workmanship was executed to our newly build home! They delivered on time with a remarkable quality. We highly recommend building with Emerald Developments as their consistent open communication, high attention to details, short construction timeline with the commitment to handover exceptional homes are the attributes of a builder which new homeowners are looking for!
